All exhibitors are to use the on-line registration system to reserve space in the exhibit hall. You must register by April 5 at 5 pm to be included in the printed program. Due to space restrictions for this meeting, only one display options is available:

6 Foot Tabletop Option

  • Cost: $700 ($850 after March 22)
  • One (1) draped and skirted 6-foot table
  • Basic power
  • Trash can
  • Admission for one (1) representativeA to attend all sessions and meals provided to conference attendees

A Any additional representatives must register as a vendor participant ($280 or $350 late registration fee). There is a maximum of 2 vendor badges per table purchase.
