Jeff Whitacre, P.E. is a traffic engineer and transportation planner whose 12 years of experience includes working with both private developments and municipalities from transportation planning to engineering design. His project experience includes traffic impact studies, thoroughfare planning, and other transportation related studies. Jeff’s unique experience has allowed him to participate in many projects from their conceptual plan to implementation, including the planning and implementation of large scale private development. When developing designs, he examines the “bigger picture” and strives for permanent long-term solutions. Jeff has applied these innovative approaches to multiple transportation planning projects.
