We are excited for the spring TexITE meeting in Frisco, TX from April 19-21! This meeting is a time for transportation professionals to get together, attend lectures, learn about new projects in the industry, network, and present research. TAMUite will cover the cost of registration, transportation, and hotel. Let’s make a good impression by having many Aggies attend! The deadline to register is March 20th.
Please follow these steps to register:
1. You must be an international ITE member to attend. If you are not a member, sign up through this link. If you are a member, make sure to renew your membership. Take a screenshot of the proof of your membership and save it as “ITEmembership-yourname”. You will be asked to upload it later.
2. Sign up for the meeting through this link.
- 1st page: Choose member/non-member/student registration and input your personal information.
- 2nd page: Participant Type= student.
- 3rd,4th page: TAMUite is not going to sponsor the technical events. TAMUite will only sponsor meeting registration of $50. However, you may choose to attend extra events at your own charge.
- 5th page: You can also provide the number of guests you may want to invite, however, TAMUite is sponsoring only you, and not your guests.
- 6th page: Do you want to sponsor the event? I would go and select no!
- 7th page: In the payment page, select to pay by check or money order.
- Final page: Make sure you have all correct information. Once again, TAMUite sponsorship for meeting registration is $50. Go ahead and press finish!
- FINALLY: Take a copy of your registration receipt, and name it “texitespring2017-yourfullname
“. You will be asked to upload it later.
3. Now go to this link. Answer all questions and upload your copy of your membership proof and registration receipt.
You’re done! Registered participants will receive more information later.
