Hotel Reservations

Our block of rooms at the JW Marriott if FULL. The standard rate is $400+ per night.

There are several hotels in the downtown area that are within walking distance and are less expensive but still around the same as our $295 group rate at JW Marriott Austin.

We do not have contracts with other hotels, but you can consider:  Hampton Inn & Suites Austin-Downtown/Convention Center and Hyatt Place Austin Downtown.

Parking

Parking at the JW Marriott Austin is $54/day, and meeting attendees can visit the registration desk to receive the QR code to scan on exit for 20% off. If you are not staying within walking distance, we recommend considering rideshare as a possible lower cost alternative to parking.
