Join us April 3rd-5th in beautiful College Station, Texas for the Spring 2024 TexITE District Meeting! College Station is located in the heart of the Houston-Dallas-Austin triangle and is home to the Texas A&M University main campus. This meeting will be hosted at the Texas A&M Hotel and Conference Center, in the heart of campus. The Local Arrangements Committee (LAC) is hard at work to provide y'all with a fantastic meeting experience that is sure to showcase all that Texas A&M and the surrounding communities have to offer. The Texas A&M Hotel Room Block is Sold Out!

However, there are many hotels along University Drive that are close to campus.

Self-parking in the Gene Stallings Boulevard Garage for overnight guests within the Standard Block. Self-parking is $15 per vehicle per evening for overnight guests within the Government Block, as well as day guests.

Note: Vehicles are not allowed to back into a parking space in the Gene Stallings Boulevard Garage. Violators will be ticketed.

The Hotel is connected to the Gene Stallings Boulevard Garage via a covered walkway from Level 3 of the Garage to the 2nd floor of the Hotel.
