Exhibitor Booth Registration Fees

$850 – Table-top ($1,000 after 5:00 p.m., March 31, 2022)
Includes: 1 skirted 6′ table; 2 chairs; a wastebasket; and admission for (1) representatives to attend all sessions and meals provided to conference attendees.

$1,200 – Premium Booth ($1,350 after 5:00 p.m., March 31, 2022)
Includes: 1 skirted 6′ table near the Exhibit Hall entrance and Bar location; 2 chairs; a wastebasket; and admission for (1) representatives to attend all sessions and meals provided to conference attendees.

Additional Exhibitor Registration

Please note: The exhibitor registration fee includes conference participation for ONE (1) representative. Additional representatives may register and pay to attend the meeting as an additional vendor. (Conference badges will be required to gain admittance to the Exhibit Hall.)
• $295 – Additional Vendor – Full Registration ($395 after 5:00 p.m., March 31, 2019)

Exhibit Set-up and Removal
• Exhibitors may set-up starting at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, May 4, 2022.
• The exhibit area will be open May 4-6, 2022.
• All booths must be shut down and vacated from the Omni Hotel premises by 12:00 noon on Friday, May 6, 2022.
