E-Voting Audit Committee Aknowledgment (Per 4-4.1 of Policy Manual)

Upon receiving a Section E-Voting Administration Request, the District Communications Committee shall serve as the Section E-Voting Audit Committee and validate that: 1) incoming votes remain secret and cannot be linked to the member’s name and 2) eligible members are allowed to vote only once. After the election has closed, the District Communication Committee will contact the Tellers Committee listed below within five (5) days to inform them of the elected officers.
