Mohan Atluri, P.E. – President

Mohan Atluri received BS in Civil Engineering and MS in Economics from Birla Institute of Technology & Science, Pilani, India in 2002. He received his MS in Civil Engineering with specialization in Traffic and Transportation Engineering from the UT-Arlington in 2004. He moved to Houston and has been practicing traffic and transportation engineering for over 14 years.

He served as the President of ITE student chapter at UT- Arlington for Year 2003-04. He has been actively involved in TexITE-Greater Houston Section activities since 2004. He served as a volunteer in Shrimp Boil Committee, Membership Committee and Local Arrangements Committee (Spring 2016). More recently he is involved in the ITE Membership Standing Committee. He is currently serving in the Younger Member sub-committee. In the Year 2013, he was selected to participate in the inaugural LeadershipITE Class.

Mohan served in various capacities in other trade organizations such as American Council of Engineering Companies (ACEC – Houston), American Society of Indian Engineers and Architects (ASIE), Asian American Engineers and Architects (AAEA), He was chosen as Young Engineer of the Year by ASIE in 2011, and by AAEA in 2012. On personal front, he is passionate about cooking, photography, travel, movies and theatre. If elected, Mohan would like to utilize his past experience of participating in ITE activities and leadership skills to serve as Greater Houston Section officer in the coming years.


Reddy Edulakanti, P.E. – President


Kishore Juluru, P.E., PTOE – Vice President

Kishore Juluru has a BSCE in Civil Engineering from the University of Mumbai and a MSCE in Civil Engineering from the University of Texas at Arlington. Kishore has a long history with TexITE. While pursuing his Masters, he served as Secretary/Treasurer for the ITE Student Chapter. Kishore has now been involved with the planning and design of transportation projects for more than 18 years.

Outside of his profession, Kishore volunteers for numerous local organizations and events including the TexITE Shrimp Boil, TSPE Math Counts, and CANstruction Houston, which supports the Houston Food Bank. He serves as an Assistant Scout Master for his son’s Boy Scouts troop. Kishore has completed several 10Ks, and his goal is to complete a half marathon in the near future.

Charlie Stevens, P.E., PTOE – TexITE District Rep.

Suzanna’s ITE experience started at Washington University in St. Louis, where received a BSCE in 2005, and MS in Transportation Engineering in 2006.

Suzanna has been an active member of the TexITE Greater Houston Area Section for the past five years, and was also the President of the ITE Student Chapter, from 2005 to 2006. She currently serves as the Programs Chair and coordinates speakers at each of the monthly luncheons.

Suzanna also volunteers at many local chapter events, such as the District Meeting in Clear Lake, the Annual Shrimp Boil, and the Technical Exchange Program. Suzanna’s hard work and dedication was recognized, when she was nominated and won the 2015 TexITE Greater Houston Area Section Young Engineer of The Year award.
