Exhibitor Booth Registration Fees
$850 – Table-top ($1,000 after August 11, 2023)
Includes: 1 skirted 6′ table; 2 chairs; a power cord; and admission for one (1) representative to attend all sessions and meals provided to meeting attendees.
$1,200 – Premium Booth ($1,350 after August 11, 2023)
Includes: 1 skirted 6′ table near a highly trafficked area; 2 chairs; a power cord; and admission for one (1) representative to attend all sessions and meals provided to meeting attendees.
Please note that booths 1 through 13 are premium 10’x10’ booths, while all others are 8’x8’ booths. Vendors are not limited to one booth per vendor.
Additional Exhibitor Registration
Please note: The exhibitor registration fee includes meeting participation for one (1) representative. Additional representatives may register and pay to attend the meeting as an additional Exhibitor. (Meeting badges will be required to gain admittance to the Exhibit Hall.)
$295 – Additional Exhibitor – Full Registration ($395 after August 11, 2023)
Cancellation Policy:
- For all refunds back to your credit card, the actual credit card processor's fees for that card are deducted from the refund.
- Full refund through August 11th, 2023 minus the actual credit card processor's fee for that card.
- 65% refund from August 12th, 2023 through August 25th, 2023 minus the actual credit card processor's fee for that card.
- No refunds after August 25th, 2023.

Exhibit Set-up and Removal
• Exhibitors may set-up starting at 8:00 a.m. on Wednesday, September 6, 2023.
• All booths must be shut down and vacated by 5:00 p.m. on Friday, September 8, 2023.
Show Hours
• Wednesday, September 6, 2023 (6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.) (Reception)
• Thursday, September 7, 2023 (7:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.)
• Friday, September 8, 2023 (7:30 a.m. – 10:30 a.m.)
(Breakfast and Breaks will be served in the Exhibit Hall on both Thursday and Friday)
