Exhibitor Booth Registration Fees
$850 – Table-top ($1,000 after July 15, 2022)
Includes: 1 skirted 6′ table; 2 chairs; a wastebasket; and admission for one (1) representative to attend all sessions and meals provided to meeting attendees.
$1,200 – Premium Booth ($1,350 after July 15, 2022)
Includes: 1 skirted 6′ table near a highly trafficked area; 2 chairs; a wastebasket; and admission for one (1) representative to attend all sessions and meals provided to meeting attendees.
Additional Exhibitor Registration
Please note: The exhibitor registration fee includes meeting participation for one (1) representative. Additional representatives may register and pay to attend the meeting as an additional Exhibitor. (Meeting badges will be required to gain admittance to the Exhibit Hall.)
$295 – Additional Exhibitor – Full Registration ($395 after July 15, 2022)
Cancellation Policy:
- For all refunds back to your credit card, the actual credit card processor's fees for that card are deducted from the refund.
- Full refund before August 5, 2022 minus the actual credit card processor's fee for that card.
- 65% refund between August 5, 2022 and August 26, 2022 minus the actual credit card processor's fee for that card.
- No refunds after August 26, 2022.

Exhibit Set-up and Removal
• Exhibitors may set-up starting at 8:00 a.m. on Wednesday, September 7, 2022.
• All booths must be shut down and vacated by 5:00 p.m. on Friday, September 9, 2022.
Show Hours
• Wednesday, September 7, 2022 (6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.) (Reception)
• Thursday, September 8, 2022 (7:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.)
• Friday, September 9, 2022 (7:30 a.m. – 10:30 a.m.)
(Breakfast and Breaks will be served in the Exhibit Hall on both Thursday and Friday)
