The Brazos Valley Section of ITE will be meeting at 12:00 pm on Thursday, September 19th, 2024, in the Bridges Conference Room (1140) at TTI Headquarters on the RELLIS Campus.

Our guest speaker will be Swapnil Samant, TTI Research Scientist and Program Manager in the TTI El Paso Office.  He will be presenting on current projects utilizing AI including railroad grade crossings, pedestrian identification, pavement marking analysis, sign identification and databasing, a stand-alone single PCMS queue warning system called Q-bot and more.

For those attending, lunch will be available from Jersey Mike’s Deli box lunches at a cost of $15 for members for those who RSVP by 5:00pm, Wednesday, September 18th. The lunch is provided by the section for the benefit of members, but it is not required for attendance if you prefer to “brown bag” it.
