Exhibitor Booth Registration Fees
$850 – Table-top ($1,000 after March 10, 2023)
Includes: 1 skirted 6′ table; 2 chairs; a wastebasket; and admission for one (1) representative to attend all sessions and meals provided to meeting attendees.
$1,200 – Premium Booth ($1,350 after March 10, 2023)
Includes: 1 skirted 6′ table near a highly trafficked area; 2 chairs; a wastebasket; and admission for one (1) representative to attend all sessions and meals provided to meeting attendees.
Additional Exhibitor Registration
Please note: The exhibitor registration fee includes meeting participation for one (1) representative. Additional representatives may register and pay to attend the meeting as an additional Exhibitor. (Meeting badges will be required to gain admittance to the Exhibit Hall.)
$295 – Additional Exhibitor – Full Registration ($395 after March 10, 2023)
Cancellation Policy:
- For all refunds back to your credit card, the actual credit card processor's fees for that card are deducted from the refund.
- Full refund through March 10, 2023 minus the actual credit card processor's fee for that card.
- 65% refund from March 11, 2023 through March 31, 2023 minus the actual credit card processor's fee for that card.
- No refunds after March 31.
Exhibit Schedule
Exhibit Set-up and Removal
• Exhibitors may set-up starting at 8:00 a.m. on Wednesday, April 12, 2023.
• All booths must be shut down and vacated by 5:00 p.m. on Friday, April 14, 2023.
Show Hours
• Wednesday, April 12, 2023 (6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.) (Reception)
• Thursday, April 13, 2023 (7:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.)
• Friday, April 14, 2023 (7:30 a.m. – 10:30 a.m.)
(Breakfast and Breaks will be served in the Exhibit Hall on both Thursday and Friday)
